I like the colour scheme of your front cover, especially the light blue on the texts which you got from the lanyard. I also like the different font you used on the model's name.
The background image causes the the main image to stand out more prudently as it contrast with the main cover image and the colours white and blue extracted from the image makes the text fit with the image perfectly and the cover lines being put as bullet points keeps it brief and stops people time wasting on the page. the main cover line is brief and has a font being partially handwritten gives a personal connection with the main cover image and the information like the date and issue number makes the magazine unique.
